Ok, that sharing should not matter, it usually does not, but.....it could and may be worth trying. Note that you might have to reinstall all of your drivers. (I assume that list you pasted below that lists both sound devices is from "system information"?)
Mobo's that use ACPI can have problems with sound cards and IRQ routing issues. This (depending on the BIOS) can be switched on and off. The other option is usually "PC", or it could be called something else. Find this in your BIOS and change it from ACPI to the other option. That's odd that the integrated sound would sill be showing up, it should not. There could be ANOTHER area in the BIOS for it. I've seen two before. The one you may have disabled may be "on board sound" or "integrated sound", or in place of "sound" it may have "codec". The other area I've seen is something like "on board legacy audio". Look around all of the BIOS for it (and ALL other audio entries) and disable them all. It won't be in the first BIOS entry, they will be under "advanced", "PCI devices", "I/O devices", and the like. You'll just have to check each entry, except of course for the obvious like power settings, etc, that would have no audio entries. Since you may have to reinstall all of your drivers when you change it from ACPI, first see if you can change the auto settings for IRQ assignment in the BIOS, and see if you can change the sound card's IRQ slot wise to a free one, or if not, another IRQ #. You'll first have to know which PCI slot # the sound card is in. When using ACPI, you usually cannot change the IRQ's in the device manager, but you first may want to give that a shot. It will probably either be grayed out, or it will say "the resources for this device cannot be changed" or similar. The very FIRST thing I would do, is find out if you have the latest VIA 4in1 pack.
