Please clarify which text is yours Dale, and your exact problem.

Clint,

I have no idea how these things show up on your screen, but when they
leave mine, the stuff that's copied from your e-mail has a blue line down the
right side of the letter and is not (usually) indented. The stuff that I write
has no blue line next to it and IS indented.
This seems to work for nearly everybody else because, so far, you're the
only one that has trouble reading my stuff. I tried to send my writing to a
friend the other day with what I wrote in blue and what she wrote in the
original orange that she used and she told me last night that she couldn't make out
what I wrote, but when I just leave my typing in black, she has no problem
with it at all.

Now, the problem is, I have the camera plugged into both ports: parallel
AND usb, which I had to do before I erased the hard drive two weeks ago. The
puter is now telling me that I either don't have the camera plugged into the
usb port, or I don't have it turned on. I have BOTH ports plugged in AND the
camera is on. So, for some reason the puter's not able to connect with the
camera, and, yes, I have tried just one port at a time and that doesn't work
either. That's why I resorted to using both the first time I had the program
installed 4 years ago.
I have a feeling that something, in some aspects of the puter, have
changed for the better since I last wrote zeros two weeks ago. All of a sudden I
can get on line without having to do "the dance", something I HAD to do at
least 99.99% of time ever since I first tried to get on line 4 years ago. Maybe
that has something to do with my not being able to get my pics. I just noticed
last night that everytime I put in a cd it automatically tries to get
online!! Why, I don't know, unless Winamp has some faction in it where it gets on
line just to get the names of the tracks of the cds. I know it CAN do that, but
it's never before forced me to get on line everytime I put in a cd. And,
since most of my cd's are recorded by me, there's no way it can tell me what the
songs are. I suppose there's something in Winamp that I have to turn off now,
but I never had to before this. I've been using it for 4 years now and never
had it try to get me online before.

                            Dale
