Are you running Quark 4.11 on OSX? You have to be running a combination
OS9 and OSX set-up, which that alone I have seen the Mac not run as
smoothly as one of the OS's alone.

tried the blanket and that did not work either.......ha ha ha
I do not believe it's the pdf because times when I force quit and restart
the file comes in fine.
I am running mac osx, I am also putting the file through Enfocus Pitstop
pro
and the files are o.k some of the files are pdfs made by me and checked.
