I do like how Acrobat can accept >multimedia content, which is why I'm considering it. Different versions of Acrobat deal differently with multimedia content. Acrobat 5 was a largish step backwards from 4, 6 is a leap forward. I haven't tested it extensively, but it seems to allow embedding a lot more formats than 5 (which seemed limited to Quicktime, which isn't very widespread on Windows boxes.) My guess is that you'd need the users to have the version 6 Reader to make it all fall into place. That may be trivial or it might be a great fight in your case. I don't know whether it can be set up to autorun (reader included) from CD w/o an install as Reader 4 could. ============================================================================= Steve Rindsberg http://www.steverindsberg.com/ To change your subscription: http://www.pdfzone.com/discussions/lists-pdf.html
