After running search on the source code, it looks like PDL::GSL::INTEG
does this. A handler func is declared at line 555 of gsl_integ.pd, and
then used in all 11 functions.
I don't know enough (any) of the innards of PDL to be sure of implementing
such error handling for other PDL packages, but consistent with Ari's
comment, the handler should ideally use croak or barf in preference to
simply printing line details as PDL::GSL::INTEG does.
