A performance figure ie a performance average that is a function of a multiple choice survey that's imposed on buyers and sellers could provide good information along side the conventional feedback system. As the users performance figure wouldn't be linked inextricably to any particular id it could encourage people to be more honest in their appraisals of the deal than they often are through fear of retaliatory feedback.
