Yes - you get up to 30 days to continue to use the software if you are
offline for an extended period on the monthly plan.  Of course, depending on
when the software is due to check its licence status, that period of grace
could be anything from 1 to 30 days.

first, the time period is 99 days without a connection to the internet before you are cut off (assuming you have an "annual" membership, whether it is billed monthly or prepaid)
