Don't worry, I have complained plenty in the past...

I expect a fair deal.... nothing more, nothing less, but you couldn't
ask much more from them over the last year odd.

We all choose the method that suits us best, I guess. Most my input
is for improvements, not so many bugs.

Of course, in Altium's case they have made a habit of free upgrades till
they get it right (or close too).

Maybe, I think part of there problem is, many users don't own the product
yet still use the support. I think that's why they are doing things this
way.

At the end of the day, they would like you to move to the current product.

Yeah, will not be paying for it either way, looks like the next windows
version will include office. 

My accounting software is my main gripe atm, $400 odd a year so they can
sell you the current tax tables, they have got to be kidding...
