"Software arcs" is an option in the Protel CAM setup, in CAM Manager,
as I recall. CAMtastic *might* have a provision for converting arcs
to software arcs, but I've never seen it.
What's the problem, specifically? What are you seeing? What does the
gerber code look like? Do you have any access to the Mentor system,
so that you can generate the files in different ways?
