Michael,
I would bet that you have a problem with one or more of our schematic
sheets not being included. Either that or you are getting an error when
updating that involves those relays but you are just pushing past it and
ignoring the error message.
What about other components in and around the same sheet(s) as the
relays that are missing. Are those parts getting placed into your PCB? If not,
then you likely have some reason that the sheet is not being included in your
netlist/update process. What kind of hierarchy are you using for your schematic
pages?
The second most likely possibility, when you do the update to PCB do
you have any warnings on the tab behind the main update page? Are you clicking
the "Preview Changes" button in the lower right corner of the tab? If you
preview changes then there may be errors that you can inspect in the list of
changes to be performed during the update of the PCB. To see just a listing of
only the errors, you can check the "Only show errors" checkbox on the left side
just below the changes list. I am betting that your relays have a footprint
problem and thus aren't being included in the update.
When updating to PCB, always use the Preview Changes so that you can
see any error messages and review what those errors may be.

Subject: [PEDA] Components not transferring to PCB
When I moved the schematic to the PCB using the update PCB, it autorouted
and looked pretty good. Looking closer, I was shocked to see that none of
the relays were on the PCB. What happened? There are a dozen of them,
and they have a distinctive round footprint that would be hard to miss.
I did an update on the PCB and it showed several updates which I executed.
I then looked on the PCB and the relays still aren't there. I updated
again and the same update listed out again. This isn't right, is it?
Without any new changes, it shouldn't list new updates, should it? It
makes me think that for some reason, the PCB is not accepting the updates,
but I'm not getting any catastrophic failure messages. There were no
errors showing when I previewed the updates.
My schematic is multi-paged, so I looked at my main to make sure that I
hadn't somehow unincluded a page, but it looked OK.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Michael
