Hi, I suspect you have comment, ID or other linked text field that is hidden. The text still takes up space, even though you can't see it.
You can check this by doing Zoom to see what you believe is everything on you old PCB Select Inside (SI) & draw a box round your work. Filter: NOT ISSELECTED (select matching, remove non-selected) -> APPLY PCB List: Is anything in there? Perhaps un-hiding it will show the culprit. Or, it is possible to draw stuff 'off the edge of the world' the procedures below get out of this state. (The classic cause is forgetting to XA before doing a new paste, re-pasting an old selection off the edge) So, Try this. (OP) Options Preferences, make sure everything is turned on. Layers -> Show all Zoom Out Select All (SA) Edit Move Selection (EMS) Move everything (including locked objects) more towards the centre of the work area Or this. Create a new, blank PCB (OP) Options preferences, make sure everything is turned on on *BOTH* PCBs Layers -> Show all on *BOTH* PCBs Zoom to see what you believe is everything on you old PCB Select Inside (SI) & draw a box round your work. Edit->Copy Paste into your *NEW* PCB Failing that, it could be a bug, send your PCB to Altium and get them to fix it. If you think it is your own mistake and you don't know how to fix it, then I can take a look at your PCB for you, contact me off list. I have what I believe is a related problem but can't fix. I have a pcb design which compiles and checks out 100% implying that all components and tracks are where they should be. However when I do a print preview the board is pushed up to the top of a page (board size is around than A4 and showing on A3 at the top). I have tried turning on ALL layers and unhiding everything I can think off but nothing shows up outside the board area. Select Outside Area comes up blank. Is there anyway to `purge' the pcb (export and re-import for example) that might allow AD to `drop' whatever the problem is and handle just what is inside the board outline. Main reason at the moment is that I need to print a component overlay and currently that comes up at less than half a page and persistently sits in the upper edge of the page.
