The link to Peter's paper on Arisbe (
https://cspeirce.com/menu/library/aboutcsp/skagesta/thinking.htm) is not
working. Can it be fixed? If not, is that paper freely available online
elsewhere, or do I need to request a copy through interlibrary loan?
