I fully agree. Also this license
issue would be problematic if we release
an easy to install binary version
with PGPLOT (which is the most
complete plotting library in PDL)
and it would not be as nice to
release a binary only version without
PGPLOT.

As was said before,
there should be a
PDL::Graphics::PLPlot:Window
interface exactly the same
as for PGPLOT. This should
not be too difficult to do.

  Would we get someone to do this
if we paid her some money?
