We've had an Indianmeal moth (Plodia interpunctella) infestation of a bread sculpture installation, but also had cigarette beetles (Lasioderma serricorne) and drugstore beetles (Stegobium paniceum) to bread sculptures. Cockroaches and psocids would also be worth looking out for.
