Nice ideas, I don't have preference but I'm OK for the editor to include
tools that make translations easier and communication throught translators
as well.

+1 for a draft that could be saved per translator.

+1 for notes. Translators could then book a whole translation for themselves
and other will be informed of that and wont start translating as they'll
know someone's on it.
