@Jim: That applied, but I then modified your commit (using "git commit --amend") to remove the redundant plhrsh function prototype and also to style the result. See commit id 0bfe721 for the amended result. I still have quite a bit to do before I can get this release out the door so your quick help on this issue was very much appreciated! @laurant: This fix from Jim should deal with the missing lround issue, but I would appreciate you testing PLplot master tip again on your VS 2012 platform to see if there are any remaining PLplot issues on that platform.
