The ETA for the release of PLplot-5.14.0 is likely sometime next week.

The PLplot development freeze that started on October 27th contines, i.e.,
do not push any topics other than documentation updates or well-tested bug
fixes.

We have good comprehensive testing results for Arjen's Cygwin and
MinGW-w64/MSYS2 platforms and my Debian Buster platform so I doubt
there will be any further bug fixes before the release. However, the
actual release has been somewhat delayed because I have added the task
of making a much-needed update to the wiki documentation of our test
procedure to the other release-related tasks (documented in
README.Release_Manager_Cookbook) that I still need to do to complete
this release.
