As stated, they are not paying M$, they are paying Verisign a TOTAL of $99 for a certificate they can use to sign their software. This is not worth the time to discuss it.

Remove all addresses from the message body before sending a Forwarded message. This can prevent spy programs capturing addresses from the recipient list and message body.
