Apple's App Store has been open to the Philippines for years na. I've been downloading and purchasing apps since the iPod Touch was launched locally. iTunes is still restricted because the Music labels refuse to let Apple sell MUSIC outside a select group of countries. Pero Apps matagal na pwedeng bumili.
