Also, we now have Serial-ATA. Not much of an advantage over one driver
per ide channel, but the fact you're using thinner cables means less
cable mess inside the box. hehehe
Oh, and 3Ware does rock for IDE RAID for Linux systems. (Just to be
on-topic.) 3ware also has Serial-ATA available.
