No. 127.0.0.1 means "This computer" or "localhost" - if you used http://localhost:9000 on that machine it would also work. You will need the actual IP address of the PC Run a command prompt and type ipconfig and press enter - the number against Ipv4 Address is the actual IP address given to the PC by your router using DHCP You will need to give the PC that runs LMS a static address - so it doesn't move IP address when you reboot and you can always address it the same way You either do that inside control panel - but I have no W7 machine to tell you exact steps - or by configuring a DHCP reservation in your router (always give this PC this address).
