I just gave the Squeeze Ctrl settings as suggested a run... volume jumped straight up to 100% (wishing now I had tweeked the limit to -10!) and interestingly when I tried to turn it down it seemed to affect the LMS volume marginally and took it down to 93%. I didn't leave it on long, as you can imagine!
