"stopsc" causes the plugin to fireoff a "stopserver" cli request right
after the requested system command has been performed.  On my system, a
"stopserver" cli command reliably shuts down SqueezeCenter.  I've never
seen it cause the service to restart.  But I'll try to rethink this. 
Perhaps this is really only necessary for the "Restart SC" case. 
Trying to get the system script to stop SC is really messy on Windows
because SC could be either a service or a user processes.

In this next version I hope to post today, I'll try making it so the
blocking message always gets cleared except in cases where stopsc => 1.
I *think* that player displays will clear themselves in that case.
