The bbc doesn't seem to like to tell us what they are planning to do in this respect. Although aac streams are good in terms of a modern codec, squeezeboxes are not able to decode it natively so I hope they keep the existing streams. I've got no evidence that they will change, but there is a chance and hence its necessary to keep an eye on this..
