I would remove the manually install Softsqueeze - it is not quite like a normal plugin and I think it may be causing a probvlem.
It is better to sort out why Softsqueeze does not appear on the list of plugins. In 7.5 you do not need to app any addiotnal repository URLs - so remove the added one. In WebUI/Settings/Plugin - Check the box "show all 3rd party plugins" and click Apply. Make sure your browser reloads the page.
