The Softsqueeze plugin has no setttings so the 404 message is correct. The Softsqueeze.jar file is big so it is downloaded after you restart the SBS system - the plugin main purpose is to download this jar file. How long it takes depends on your internet connections but IIRC the timeout is minutes so it should occur unless you have a problem with your internet connection or it is very congested (e.g. bittorrent running)
