Did you uninstall the old version of SrvrPowerCtrl first?  Have you
looked at the instructions about how to install plugins using the
extension downloader that's integrated into the SBS->Settings->Plugins
page?

Once you've added http://srvrpowerctrl.googlecode.com/svn/beta.xml to
the "Additional Repositories" list on the SBS->Settings->Plugins page
(and clicked on "Apply"), you should see "Gordon Harris' plugins"
appear at the bottom of the page.  If not, close and then re-open the
Settings->Plugins page.  Once you do see the list of my available
plugins, check the box next to "Server Power Control" and then click on
the "Apply" button.  Restart Squeezebox Server, open the
SBS->Settings->Advanced->Server Power Control page, click on the "Help
with SrvrPowerCtrl" link at the top of the page and follow the
instructions.  Hopefully, they'll be illuminating.
