I think TEN needs an application that scans your library for unanalyzed tracks. The application would then have to analyse (and/or upload) the track (or track values/IDs) to TEN so they can be included in your smart mixes. I don't think this is a feature that should be included in the Smart Mix plugin. (Although it would made things a lot easier for users)
