Does the smartmix-missing.log file only display one track per album which is missing ? Or does it list all tracks that are missing ?
It should list them all.
I'm asking because my smartmix-missing.log file always contains maximum one track per album, with one exception where there are two tracks from the same album listed.
You're in good shape then :-). I have a lot of "Deluxe" or "Special edition" albums with bonus tracks. But I don't label the albums as such. Thus many of those bonus tracks are not recognized.
If it's maximum one track per album it looks like it's only 6-7% of the albums which aren't recognized in my collection, so that's not bad. Especially since most of the unrecognized albums either are Swedish albums or compilations only released in Sweden. I would have expected it to list a lot more so I'm wondering if it really logs everything that's missing.
Please note that the cleanup process which creates this log file can take hours, depending on your library size. I have throttled it heavily in order not to conflict with regular activity. Unfortunately I think we've already hit a critical number of users for the very limited query rate I have :-(.
