The verdict will stand.  The appeal will be denied.  Keep in mind, if not 
for the gun(s) OJ would have been looking at six months or less (in the real 
world).
The weakest part of the prosecution's case was the kidnapping charge and the 
jury had no problem convicting him and the co-defendant on that charge.  I 
repeat:  the trial was clean and OJ is going "up the river".  LOL

I didn't follow the trial, I was convinced he'd be convicted on all
counts. Now, how did I know that?

At the minimum, the verdict will be set aside - unless Nevada can
justify two sets of laws (precedents); one for locals, the other for
suspected, out-of-state murderers.
