Uhm......Yes, I too, might be a bit critical and my perception somewhat biased in this matter, but by the same token, I usually can argue either side! I too have not really followed the case, other than the occasional snippet I have heard from mainstream media news. I also think (as in any appeal) that it will be a very hard battle to overturn this Jury's conviction, unless one of them admits to prejudicial deliberations, which is not likely.
