A draft solicitation for bids issued by the Federal Election Commission calls for four to nine million national voter registration cards annually. News of the voter ID cards fueled more anger toward the Obama administration. GOP head Reince Priebus called the card's design (below) 'unbelievably partisan,' noting its lack of a 'Republican' party option.
