Ibe Hedendha Salamee, the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, announced on Iranian state television Wednesday night that a personal response from Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenai was hand-delivered to President Obama. While sources say the White House is still analyzing the response (below), the President is reported to be 'encouraged.'
