Let's assume for a moment, that your premise is correct. That Judaism is an "ideology" similar in scope to Islam. I vehemently disagree with that, and could give numerous examples of how the two are not at all comparable, and that Judaism doesn't even remotely resemble an ideology as does Islam, let's go with your point as accurate and truthful.
