Good thought. But the U.S already IS the world's #1 arms exporter.

In principle I agree, we should be using our power and brains to re-
build our infrastructure, expanded an/.or develop mass transist
systems in all even-close-to major cities, modernizing our rail
system, developing alternative energy sources. No need of things that
need to be done in this country. that not only need to be done but can
provide plenty of profits for American companies and their
shareholders.
