I disagree with the 31 too, but neither of us get to vote them out of
office.  Both my senators did the right thing, and one of them is a
republican.  The one chance I had to vote for McCain, I didn't.

The magic is that once it was stand alone, it passed.  Amazing it took
so long for Harry to figure that one out.
