That may well be so Tommy. The problem is 99% of those present are not offended by it and as long as they do not direct it at a Gay they have done NOTHING wrong under the UCMJ.
When a Gay flirts in the same setting it only has to be upsetting to ONE of the 99% majority... That was (and will now that DADT is gone) what resulted in life ruining BCDs and DDs.
