"Now," Mitchell whispered into her mind.. forcing his will on her to approach Kat while Rachel wasn't near.  If he could get his hands on Kat, Rachel would follow him anywhere without hesitation.   He opened up his mind and showed Traci what he wanted her to do: Go up to Kat, put your hand on her shoulder and warn her about making a sound.. then turn toward Rachel before the others saw.  Make her know that if she said anything Kat would die.  Then leave.   "Bring her to me." Mitchell whispered, even as he reached out with his mind and ordered Traci to obey.
