Kat clinked glasses and sipped her own gingerale, though she was ding to try
the champaigne and just waiting for the right moment ot ask Nick if she
could have a sip of his.  She knew Derek would never allow and Alex wouldn't
either.  She giggled at Derek's joke and grinned up at him.  Then went back
to twirling her glass still in hand, not even thinking about the liquid
splashing out. "Thank you," she said to Julia, "I bet you'll be too!"
