"Well," Alex replied slowly.  "We found out her mother has been giving her
Valium for the last three years....to control the headaches I suppose,
though I don't see how that helps other than relaxing her.  She's in pretty
rough shape," she added.  "I gave her tylenol, but it doesn't even seem to
touch it."


"How long has she been on it?" Rachel asked, already pulling out a couple of
things from her bag and slamming down her reaction to a woman that would
allow that to be done to their child.

Derek turned to them, expression stoic "And she has the Sight.  She's been
told that by experiencing the gift, one was crazy."
