I've bought two, which were shipped promptly. The USB and GPS cables meet in the DB-9 serial port hood. The fit and finish is good. Be sure to upgrade to 3.70 firmware if it comes with an older version. Earlier than 3.30 tends to get bricked once a year, requiring you to leave it unpowered for a few weeks to drain its capacitor (think battery) accomplishing a hard reset. Versions 3.30 and up (but less than 3.70) have NMEA transmission delayed about 600 msec from PPS pulse.
