To be quite honest I don't really have the answer to that question. My best solution would be to start at the beginning to design a new health care system that would still leave privatized medical services open for those who could afford it and also provide some form of emergency and long-term plans for those who could not afford it. To go back to my earlier statement, for us to be united on the issue we need to make a stand and have one united front on the issue as far as our ultimate common goal. Such as "healthcare for American citizens is a right, because a healthy America is a better America," something like that.
