One of the first live Johnny Winter albums was a double with one blank
side=3-sided too.

 The "double intermingled  lines of tracks" approach we've talked about
before here --They go all the way back to Jimmie Rodgers day--when they
were called Puzzle Records.  Big in the UK especially.
