Bob knew how to sing and knew how to play.  Still does. 

And as for the Atlantic article Carl mentioned--and which I haven't read--I'd agree 
that Dylan *changed* pop music more than Elvis or The Beatles, but I don't know if 
that necessarily makes him more influential.
