Spammers parse billions of emails, but their parsers are poor and they will often pickup Message-ID headers and treat them as emails. For example, your message-ID was fbee350c-b3e5-4547-8550-f6dbb913e...@slsware.net which looks *exactly* like a mail address to any non-human.
