This single log line is not adequate to troubleshoot this problem.  
As advised in DEBUG_README and the list welcome message, we would 
need to see the other logging to know what the issue is.

Also include "postconf -nf ; postconf -Mf" along with the complete 
non-verbose logging for that connection and delivery attempt.
