>>please support CTM by patiently ask for requests
>Have I been impatient? How do you define patience?
Patience should be adopted to the company in question. CTM could be
snappier in the their development and sometimes bugfixing, but I'd
rather they keep PM stable and focused. That you usually can't print
HTML in PM, may be out of the hands of CTM as it's not their function in
use for displaying HTML, it's Apple's library if I'm not mistaken. I'm
sure they didn't leave this function out in spite.

That CTM have zero response sometimes in their support is a known fact
of life as a PM user. They do respond from time to time though. Not that
I have been very lucky with IMHO more serious matters than this problem
of yours.

>Have my comments not been constructive?
Not at all times, no they haven't. I do see where you're coming from though.

>>engage in a dialog
>Dialog goes two ways (by definition). Has CTM responded to my observations?
Maybe not. Is that a problem for us the other users?

>>one day CTM will have to make a move
>To fix defects or add features?
Both.

>My experience has been that regular follow-up on anything you would like
>to see done makes it more likely to happen.
We on this list are not employed by you, which seems to be the common
feature for most of the situations you list where you have found this
approach productive. We, the other users, are in the same position,
though we may have other needs.
While I agree with your position on this particular matter of HTML-
printing I think you should follow-up directly to CTM if you want to see
any changes. *Then* you report to the list, if needed.

>Also, new users join the discussion list from time to time. Should
>someone not warn about the HTML problem, given that CTM does not mention it?

I'd prefer if we had a bug list or something and could point to that. Or
something more positive.
