Columbia’s response below:

1. Do you use the dose and/or rate alarm warnings available with the
DMC2000/DMC 3000?

NO

2. If you do, why and what issues have you had?

N/A

3. If you don't, why not?

We require the wearer to check their accumulated dose at least every 15
minutes, more frequently in elevated dose rate areas. We do not want them to
become reliant on an audio warning.

4. Do you use the rate alarm latching feature?

NO, we brief to anticipated dose rate alarms, e.g. transient dose rate alarm
received in the travel path to the work location. Workers are briefed to move
away from the source of the alarm, verify it clears and proceed to their work
location.

5. What access control software do you use and what version is it?

We use our own in-house developed software.

6. Please provide a contact for additional information.
