Hi Amanda,

As others have mentioned already, cleaning dust from the input tray is a
good idea... Then clean the rollers... I use a sheet of paper as
documented in links below and / or cotton-buds (careful of lint)
dampened with water.

Finally, with art (or just about any) papers, you may find that some
sheets have a reverse curl (the sheet bends down, away from the takeup
rollers) which will not help the takeup working.
