Thanks for your suggestions. They specifically requested that the power supply was not sent back...and yes I am not going to give up<G>

Thanks also to Pete Jenkins. The first time they had it back they said that the CPU was full of dust, but I know that was B*****ks because I had already cleaned it out and there was minimal dust in the cooling system!
